Leg Details – A summary of the activity

Leg describes a path between a single departure location and a single arrival location. A freight movement between a consignor and a consignee may involve multiple legs of different transport modes, for example air, road, rail, & sea. Attributes such as transit time, distance and any exclusion can be defined for a leg which will help the planner to come up with accurate plans for transportation of goods.
