Schedule
Select the “Schedule” activity under the “Logistics Administration” business component.
The “Schedule” page appears.

Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
To create or modify an existing schedule
Enter the following details in the “Search” group box:
Schedule No. |
The unique number identifying the schedule. |
Transport Mode |
Use the drop-down list box to select the transport mode of shipment. The combo is loaded with the values “Air”, “Road”, “Rail” and “Sea”. |
Carrier |
The unique code identifying the carrier in which the resources are shipped or moved. |
Trip ID/Voyage ID/Rail ID/Flight No |
The unique code identifying the trip plan number or voyage number or rail ID or flight number for which the resources are scheduled. |
From Port |
The port or ship point from which the trip plan is scheduled. |
To Port |
The port or ship point till which the trip plan is scheduled. |
Departure Date/Time |
Use the drop-down list box to select the operator based on which the departure date and time is retrieved. The combo is loaded with the values “>”, “<”, “=”, “<>”, “>=” and “<=”. The date and time at which the resources have departed from the port. |
Arrival Date/Time |
Use the drop-down list box to select the operator based on which the arrival date and time is retrieved. The combo is loaded with the values as “>”, “<”, “=”, “<>”, “>=” and “<=”. The date and time at which the resources have arrived at the port. |
Show Sch. with this no. of Hops |
Use the drop-down list box to select the number of hops in a schedule. On click of search, system will fetch the schedules with the number of hops opted. |
Show Capacity Booked Sch. |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the capacity booked schedule must be displayed or not. The combo is loaded with the values as “Yes” and “No”. |
Show Preferred Sch. |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the preferred schedule must be displayed or not. The combo is loaded with the values as “Yes” and “No”. |
Click “Search” button to retrieve the search results in the multiline
The system displays the following details in the multiline:
Transport Mode |
Use the drop-down list box to select the transport mode of shipment. The combo is loaded with the values “Air”, “Road”, “Rail” and “Sea”. |
Schedule No. |
The unique number identifying the schedule. |
Carrier |
The unique code identifying the carrier in which the goods are shipped or moved. |
Carrier Name |
The name of the carrier. |
Vendor ID |
The unique ID that identifies the vendor mapped to the schedule. |
Vendor Name |
The name of the vendor. |
Schedule Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of schedule. The combo is loaded with the values “Import” and “Export”. |
Via |
Ø Click Via icon to record via details of schedule. |
CB |
Ø Click CB icon to record capacity booked details for schedule. |
RS |
Ø Click RS icon to record recurring schedule details. |
Map |
Ø Click Map icon to view the map. |
Trip Id./Rail ID/Voyage No./Flight No. |
The unique code identifying the trip plan or rail ID or voyage number or flight number for which the resources are scheduled. |
From Port |
The port or ship point from which the resource is scheduled. |
From Terminal |
The terminal from which the resource is scheduled. |
Estimated Departure Date |
The estimated date on which the resources are departed from the port. |
Estimated Departure Time |
The estimated time at which the resources are departed from the port. |
Time Zone |
Use the drop-down list box to select the time zone from which the resource is scheduled. |
To Port |
The port or ship point till which the resource is scheduled. |
To Terminal |
The terminal till which the resource is scheduled. |
Estimated Arrival Date |
The estimated date on which the resources are arrived in the port. |
Estimated Arrival Time |
The estimated time at which the resources are arrived in the port. |
Time Zone |
The time zone till which the resource is scheduled. |
Port Receipt Deadline |
The availability of the consignment in the departure port in hours/ mins/weeks/days etc. before the departure time |
Total Transit Time |
The total transit time of the resource. |
Transit Time Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the time unit by which the resource is transited. The combo is loaded with the values as “Hours”, “Minutes”, “Day” and “Week”. |
Preferred |
Select this checkbox to specify the preferred schedule for the location. |
Remarks |
Any remarks regarding the schedule. |
Resources |
Click “ |
Pass No |
The pass number which is used to map vendors to the schedule. Note: The pass number is valid only for rail transport. |
Note: At least one row should be selected in the multiline.
Click “Save” button to save the selected schedule details.
Click
“” in the multiline header to delete the selected
schedule.
The system displays the following in the “Data History” group box:
Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the schedule details. The date and time at which the schedule details were created. |
Modified By |
The login ID of the user who modified the schedule details. The date and time at which the schedule details were last modified. |
Enter the following details:

The port from which the resource is scheduled. |
To Port |
The port to which the resource is scheduled. |
Vessel No. |
The vessel number mapped to the schedule. |

Port Code |
The unique code identifying the port through which the resource is shipped or moved. |
Port Name |
The name of the port. |
Port Type |
The type of port. |
Estimated Arrival Time |
The estimated time at which the resource is arrived. |
Estimated Departure Time |
The estimated time at which the resource is departed from the port. |
Transit Time |
The transit time of carrying consignment from one geo-location to another. |
Transit Time UOM |
Use the drop-down list box to select the unit of measurement of transit time. |
Halt Time |
The halt time while carrying consignment from one geo-location to another. |
Halt Time UOM |
Use the drop-down list box to select the unit of measurement of halt time. |
Mapped Location |
The location mapped to the port. |
Note: At least one row should be selected in the multiline.
Click “Ok” button to save via details.
Enter the following details:

Recurring Schedule |
Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the recurring schedule. This combo is loaded with all the dates on which the recurring schedule is defined. |
The system displays the following:
From Port |
The port from which the resource is scheduled. |
To Port |
The port to which the resource is scheduled. |
Vessel No. |
The vessel number mapped to the schedule. |
Click “Configure Non-Contractual Capacity” link to configure the non-contractual capacity for schedule.
A “Configure Non-Contractual Capacity for schedule” pop-up appears.
The system displays the schedule number, transport mode, from port and to port,
Select the recurring schedule from the drop-down list box (if recurring schedule) and enter the maximum capacity value and select the unit of measurement of capacity, or enter the capacity details directly.
The system displays the utilized and available capacity details.
Click “Save” button to save the entered details.
The system displays the following in the multiline:
Contract Order No. |
The contract order number of the resource for the vendor |
Vendor ID |
The unique ID that identifies the vendor mapped to the schedule. |
Vendor Name |
The name of the vendor. |
THU |
The THU ID mapped to the schedule. |
Capacity Booked From |
The required capacity booked by the vendor. |
Capacity Booked To |
The capacity till which the vendor has booked. |
Total Capacity Booked |
The total capacity booked by the vendor. |
Priority |
The priority in which the capacity is booked. |
Rate per THU |
The rate applicable per THU. |
Currency |
The currency used in transaction. |

Click “Ok” button to save capacity details.

The date from which the recurring schedule is planned. |
Recurring To Date |
The date till which the recurring schedule is planned. |
Frequency |
The number of frequency of recurring schedule. |
Enter the following details in the multiline:
Monday |
Select this checkbox if the recurring schedule is planned for Monday. |
Tuesday |
Select this checkbox if the recurring schedule is planned for Tuesday. |
Wednesday |
Select this checkbox if the recurring schedule is planned for Wednesday. |
Thursday |
Select this checkbox if the recurring schedule is planned for Thursday. |
Friday |
Select this checkbox if the recurring schedule is planned for Friday. |
Saturday |
Select this checkbox if the recurring schedule is planned for Saturday. |
Sunday |
Select this checkbox if the recurring schedule is planned for Sunday. |
Enter the following details in the “Schedule Exception” multiline:
Exception Date |
The exception date of the recurring schedule. |
Remarks |
Any remarks regarding the recurring schedule. |
Click “Ok” button to save the recurring schedule details.

Attach Resources to the Schedule
The system displays the following:

Use the drop-down list box to select the category to which the resource belongs. The combo is loaded with the values “Blank”, “Driver”, “Equipment”, “Handler” and “Vehicle”. |

The ID that identifies the resource to be attached to the schedule. |
From Date Time |
The date and time from which the resource is attached. |
To Date Time |
The date and time till which the resource is attached. |
Resource Type |
The system displays the type of resource attached. |
Ownership Type |
The system displays the ownership type of the resource. |
Agency Id |
The system displays the agency ID to which the resource is attached. |
Agency Name |
The system displays the name of the agency. |
Click “Save” button to save the entered details.
