Recurring Trip Plan
Select the “Recurring Trip Plan” activity under the “Logistics Administration” business component.
The “Recurring Trip Plan” page appears.

Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
To create a new recurring trip plan
Click “+Recurring Trip” button in the right-hand side corner of the page to refresh and clear the existing data in the fields.
Enter the following details:
Trip Plan |
The ID identifying the recurring trip plan to be retrieved. Mandatory |
Trip Description |
The description of the recurring trip plan. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the recurring trip plan. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”. The system displays “Active” by default on the launch of the page. Mandatory. |
Plan Start Date |
The start date of the recurring trip plan. |
Plan End Date |
The end date of the recurring trip plan. |
Frequency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the frequency of the recurring trip. The combo is loaded with the values as “Hours”, “Days”, “Month” and “Year”. |
Geo Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the geo type to be mapped to the recurring trip plan. The combo is loaded with the values as “Country”, “State”, “City”, “Postal Code”, “Sub Zone”, “Zone” and “Region”. |
Vehicle ID |
The registration number of the vehicle used in the recurring trip. |
Driver No. |
The unique code identifying the driver who drives the vehicle. |
Enter the following details in the multiline:
Customer ID |
The unique ID that identifies the customer to be mapped to the recurring trip plan. Mandatory |
Customer Name |
On enter of customer ID, the system displays the name of the customer mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Ship Point ID |
The unique ID that identifies the ship point mapped to the recurring trip plan. Mandatory |
Recurring Booking ID |
The recurring booking request ID to be mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Monday |
The recurring trip timing to be planned for Monday. |
Tuesday |
The recurring trip timing to be planned for Tuesday. |
Wednesday |
The recurring trip timing to be planned for Wednesday. |
Thursday |
The recurring trip timing to be planned for Thursday. |
Friday |
The recurring trip timing to be planned for Friday. |
Saturday |
The recurring trip timing to be planned for Saturday. |
Sunday |
The recurring trip timing to be planned for Sunday. |
Remarks |
Any remarks related to the recurring trip plan. |

Note: At least one row should be selected in the multiline.
Click the “Save” button to save the selected recurring trip plan.
Click
“” in the multiline header to delete
the selected recurring trip plan.
On save, the system generates a Recurring Trip Plan ID and the status is updated as “Active”.
To modify an existing recurring trip plan details
Select an option from the drop-down list box and enter the keyword for a specific search.
Click “Get” button to retrieve the recurring trip plan details in the multiline.
The following details displayed in the multiline:
Trip ID |
The unique ID that identifies the recurring trip plan. |
Description |
The description of the recurring trip plan. |
Click on any “Trip ID” Data Hyperlink to display the respective recurring trip plan details in the right hand side of the page.
The system displays the recurring trip plan details in the right-hand side header and tabs. You can modify the required fields.
Click “Save” button to update the recurring trip plan details.
The system displays the following in the “Data History” group box:
Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the recurring trip plan details. The date and time at which the recurring trip plan details was created. |
Modified By |
The login ID of the user who modified the recurring trip plan details. The date and time at which the recurring trip plan details was last modified. |
The system displays the following:
Customer ID |
The unique ID that identifies the customer mapped to the trip plan. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer mapped to the trip plan. |
Ship Point ID |
The unique ID that identifies the shipping point mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Trip Plan |
The unique ID that identifies the trip plan. |
Enter the following details in the multiline:
Date |
The date which is to be excluded from the trip plan. |
Description |
The description of the exception. |
Click the “Ok” button to save the exception date details.
The system displays the following:
Customer ID |
The unique ID that identifies the customer mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Ship Point ID |
The unique ID that identifies the shipping point mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Trip Plan ID |
The unique ID that identifies the trip plan mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Recurring Booking Request ID |
The unique ID that identifies the recurring booking request. |

Monday |
The additional timing to be added to the recurring trip plan for Monday. |
Tuesday |
The additional timing to be added to the recurring trip plan for Tuesday. |
Wednesday |
The additional timing to be added to the recurring trip plan for Wednesday. |
Thursday |
The additional timing to be added to the recurring trip plan for Thursday. |
Friday |
The additional timing to be added to the recurring trip plan for Friday. |
Saturday |
The additional timing to be added to the recurring trip plan for Saturday. |

Click “Ok” button to save the additional timing details for the recurring trip plan.
