Select the “Port” activity under the “Logistics Administration” business component.
The “Ship Point Additional Properties” page appears.

Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
Section – Manage
Enter the following details in the header to retrieve and manage the port details in the multiline:
Port Code |
The unique code identifying the port. Mandatory |
Port Name |
The name of the port. |
Port Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of port. The combo is loaded with the values “Sea Port”, “Air Port”, and “Railway Station". Mandatory |
Location |
The unique code that identifies the location mapped with the port. |
Enter the following details in the multiline:
Schedule Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the schedule type. The combo is loaded with the values “Import”, “Export”, “Inbound”, and “Outbound”. Mandatory |
Vendor ID |
The unique ID that identifies the vendor mapped
to the port. Use the “ |
Vendor Name |
This field displays the vendor name of the selected vendor ID. |
Cargo Cut Off |
The cut off time by which the cargo is delivered to the designated port. |
Document Cut Off |
The cut off time for the document to be completed for the schedule type. |
Order Confirmation Cut Off |
The cut-off time required for order confirmation. |
Container Free Time |
The free time period for containers. |
Free Loading Time |
The free time period for loading the containers. |
Time Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the time unit by which the details are specified. The combo is loaded with the values as “Hours”, “Minutes”, “Day”, and “Week”. |
Click the “Save” button to save the selected port details. You should select at least a row to save the details.
The system displays the following in the “Data History” group box:
Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the port details. The date and time at which the port details was created. |
Modified By |
The login ID of the user who modified the port details. The date and time at which the port details was last modified. |
